Recently, one of our clients came to us for help with three of their food processing industry projects in Ontario. Check out what we did.
1. Warehouse Renovation
Before starting this major project, our team conducted an in‑depth analysis of the client’s requirements to determine how their warehouse should be renovated. As a result, we identified ways to optimize the cooling system and racking layout. Moreover, our full‑service approach allowed us to handle all required permits while managing both the project and construction phases. Consequently, the renovation improved efficiency and storage capacity.
2. HVAC Installation
For this processing plant, we partnered with Installcorp Ltd. to upgrade the HVAC system and enhance energy efficiency. In many facilities, HVAC systems account for up to 35% of total energy use. Therefore, replacing the old system with a high‑efficiency model helped the plant reduce costs and maintain consistent performance. In addition, our team completed the installation with minimal disruption to production.

3. Waste Water Treatment System
Our client required both engineering and project management for their wastewater treatment system. For this processing plant, we worked alongside another company in the managing and construction of the project. Construction is now complete, and the wastewater is treated with minimal environmental issues.
